# Season 2, Episode 75

Hoodies Arrived - GoDaddy Data Breach - Contact Form Mistakes - Starting the conversation is more important - More conversations means more conversions - Feeling Fitter and Relaxing More

Goldilocks Hoodies arrived from Custom Shirts and More

GoDaddy had a data breach - 1.2 million users details stolen

Same issue with 123-reg, TSO host, and other subsidiary companies - https://winbuzzer.com/2021/11/26/godaddy-data-breach-is-worse-than-first-thought-xcxwbn/

If you host with any of these companies then you should check your site for backdoors or malicious code

Contact Form Mistakes

Asking for information that isn't relevant at that point in time

The more details you ask for, the less submissions you will get

People won't fill in a form if you are asking for information they don't NEED to give you that isn't necessary

Asking for the least amount of info on first contact means you can start a "conversation" with the prospect

The more people you connect with, the more conversions you will get

Taylor wanted to feel fitter, and also find a way to relax more

He joined David Lloyd Clubs - https://www.davidlloyd.co.uk

He can workout, relax in the pool, away from devices and then do some work in the cafe

He even cycles to the club... (Does that defeat some of the benefit of joining the club?)

He also started drinking water !!!
