# Season 5, Episode 160

New GenerateBlocks - New Starter Site Build - Time Consuming, but makes life easier in the future - Talking in language your customer will understand - Check for jargon in customer facing content…

New version of GenerateBlocks - Classes system added

New Starter Site build needed

Creating default pages, and setting up default styles

Much easier to build new websites once this is complete

Great to prevent "missing" things like a 404 page

Get professionals to do the job

Time consuming when creating but will save time in the future

Always check to see if there are better ways of doing things

Talking to your customers in language they will understand

Don't use jargon to people who are not used to these terms

B2C language should be consistent across all communications, website, quotes, documentation, literature etc.

B2B might be different, it might not.

Translating from lay-person to developer using specific language

Spell it out to people if there is doubt they will understand certain language

Always lean towards benefits when talking to customers
