# Season 6, Episode 228

Yodel - what a terrible delivery company - Telephone Customer Services hung up on me - Web Chat completely useless - Amazon get it right - Any Expectations being set in your business that isn't met…

Busy season - lots of projects to finish

The Budget was this week

Managing expectations - Yodel delivery company

Two different delivery times on two different days missed - not even attempted

They hung up on me when I called them

Web chat was as useful as a chocolate spanner

Knock on effect for expectations

Looking at if I am not setting correct expectations in my company

Amazon are very good at failed deliveries

In the future I will probably pay slightly more to choose the company that doesn't use Yodel

Quick Capture

Making notes quickly when you think of them

Syncing to Notion

Gordon finds pen and paper works best for him, but not always possible

3d printing solution for notes and thoughts
