Being on hold with a company and being told, **"Sorry for the wait, we are currently experiencing an unusually large number of calls"** yet every single time I call them, I get that same response. It can't be _unusually large_ if it's the standard!!! You simply don't have the right capacity setup to handle the amount of calls you receive.
