Didn’t realise how much movement, agility and flexibility I’ve lost. Could hardly kick the ball without pulling a muscle… think I might be getting old 😅
I don't know if this is me just having a mid-20s existential crisis, but the world seems to be in a funny state. We're told by everyone we need to be doing more, leveraging AI, leveraging this or that. Yet at the same time, we should be doing less, keeping a healthy work–life balance, spending time with family, and making memories.
